    A member of our Admissions Team will reach out to you via phone call within 1-2 business days to support you through the admissions process

  4. Step 4Login

    Access Parent Portal & Submit Checklist Items

    Click here to log in to the Girard Parent Portal.

    We will need several items as part of our admissions review process. This includes, but is NOT limited to:

    • Student Photo
    • Parent Questionnaire
    • Last 2 years of School Records

    • Teacher Recommendation(s)
    • Tax Return Form (1040 – to determine financial eligibility.
  5. Step 5

    Entrance Assessment & Shadow Day

    If we determine that your scholar is eligible, we will contact you to schedule their Entrance Assessment. If your scholar meets our grade-level expectations in Reading and Math, we will then contact you to schedule their Shadow Day.

  6. Step 6

    Admissions Committee Review

    Upon completing your scholar’s application checklist, their file will be sent to your Admissions Committee for Acceptance Review.

  7. Step 7

    Admissions Decision Notification

    No matter the outcome of your scholar’s application, we will personally call you to inform you of our admissions decision.
