STUDENT EXPERIENCE
At Girard we go beyond academics to provide a comprehensive student experience. Our residential program and renovated dormitories are age appropriately designed to offer students a supportive and enriching environment that fosters personal growth, lasting friendships, and a well-rounded education. Girard currently offers a five-day boarding program. Students live on campus from Sunday night through Friday afternoon, then return home on the weekend.

From time management, etiquette lessons to interpersonal communication, our residential program focuses on cultivating skills that extend far beyond the academic setting, preparing students for success in college and beyond.

As students progress through the residential program, they acquire valuable skills that prepare them for independence in college and beyond. From self-discipline to self-advocacy, our aim is to instill a sense of responsibility and autonomy contributing to their future success. For select students the culminating experience is participation in our supervised independent living program.
