Join Our Team

Girard College, located on 43 acres in the Fairmount neighborhood in Philadelphia, is one of the city’s most historic sites. Through the unprecedented generosity of philanthropist Stephen Girard, the school opened its doors 176 years ago. Girard continues to offer a one-of-a-kind opportunity for students to experience a college preparatory residential boarding school. Girard intentionally keeps staff-to-student ratios low so that the school feels like a home away from home and so that staff can focus on the specific needs of each student.

Girard College offers robust medical, dental, and retirement benefits. Depending on position requirements, some staff get housing benefits and live on campus. The school provides 24/7 security patrols, and ample parking is available on campus.
