Teacher Positions

Residential Advisor Positions

Residential Advisors (RAs) play a vital role in shaping the campus living and learning experience. As part of our residential life team, RAs serve as mentors, role models, and guides, helping students develop independence, responsibility, and community values in a safe and supportive environment.

Operations Positions

The Operations team ensures that our historic campus runs smoothly and safely every day. From facilities management to groundskeeping and logistics, these professionals support the College’s mission by maintaining an exceptional environment for learning, living, and community life.

After the application deadline, we typically conduct phone screenings, followed by one or two rounds of interviews. Final decisions and offers are usually made within 4–6 weeks, depending on role complexity.

Yes – we aim to notify all candidates of the outcome. If you haven’t heard from us after a reasonable period, feel free to reach out to HR.

Specific requirements vary by role. Common expectations include a resume, cover letter, references, and for certain roles, PA certifications (e.g. RN license for nursing). Always check the job posting for detailed requirements.

No, however, some Residential Advisor positions include on-campus housing benefits or support depending on the role’s needs and budget, as noted in the job posting.

 Yes, if your skills match multiple roles, you are welcome to apply to more than one opening. Just submit separate applications per role

Typically, we don’t offer internships however we do have entry level roles. Watch our “Open Positions” page or contact HR to inquire about opportunities for early-career applicants.

Most full-time staff members are eligible for medical, dental, retirement benefits, paid time off, FSA and in some Residential Advisor roles, housing. Please see the job posting or HR for specific benefit packages.

Yes – we encourage growth. Staff may have access to training, workshops, conferences, or tuition assistance depending on the position and available budget.
