Founder’s Hall Museum
Volunteer and Intern
Founder’s Hall volunteers work with the public, giving tours of the collections and assisting with events. They also work behind the scenes helping with collections rehousing, cataloging, and research projects. For information about volunteering , please contact Kathy Haas, Director of Historical Resources. Because Founder’s Hall is part of a school, all volunteers must provide the clearances required by the PA Department of Education and pass substance abuse screening.
Founder’s Hall offers paid summer collegiate internships through the Arts Intern program of the Studio Institute. We are currently looking for a Digitization Intern for Summer 2023. Please visit www.artsintern.org for more information on the program and how to apply.
The collections at Founder’s Hall tell the story of Stephen Girard’s philanthropy and its enduring impact. Your generosity will support our efforts to preserve and share our collections, our remarkable building, and the stories they contain.
